Independent Review<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”23px”][vc_column_text]An Independent Review is a review of the Financial Statements in accordance with the International Standard on Review Engagements. We plan and perform the review to obtain limited assurance as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. A thorough understanding of the business is obtained and areas that are likely to be misstated are identified for further audit-type procedures. This is a useful alternative to the full audit in that it adds credibility to the Financial Statements and provides limited assurance to the users, without the onerous requirements of a full audit.
